“Mommy, that was DELICIOUS!”-Smoothie

“Mommy, that was DELICIOUS!!!” <- my 6.5 yo

“Mommy, I want this every day! I want another one with dinner” <- one of my 4 yo twins

“Mommy, I’ll have a cucumber juice for dinner” <- my 6.5 yo

“Mommy, can I have another smoothie for lunch?” <- my 6.5 yo and after he finished his, he drank the rest of mine.

Here’s the healthy smoothie recipe for kids that my clan could not resist.
~ 3-4 cups water
~5-6 cups kale
blend these 2 ingredients REALLY well. then add:
1 ripe mango (you can use frozen as well)
~ 1 cup pineapple (i used frozen today)
~ 1 teaspoon flaxseeds (optional)
~ 1/2 teaspoon of spirulina (optional)
blend really really well until totally smooth. enjoy!!!
