“My Poop Don’t Stink” and it’s a GOOD thing

It’s been a little over a week since my last day of juice. I have to say, I do miss it. I am having some green smoothies and a few juices here and there, but it isn’t the same. There’s something to be said about not having to think about your next meal.

But what I really want to talk about today is… you got it… Poop. Reason being, it’s a HUGE indicator of how healthy your insides are and how efficiently they are working.

Just 2 things for tonight: First, ever notice that babies poop right after they eat? THAT is a normal digestive system. It is NOT normal to eliminate only 1x a day or 1x every couple days. NOT NORMAL. If you are eating 3 meals (or 6 small meals a day) and you are eliminating 2 or more times a day, be happy about it. Secondly, poop should not be “too” formed. It shouldn’t be hard or totally solid. Soft is great. That means you are getting enough fluid and fiber in your system.

One more thing before I go… Healthy poop (think breastfed babies) does NOT smell. So if your poop don’t stink, it really IS a GOOD thing.
